This natural blend of Hypericum and Calendula has been designed to add to water and then used as a solution to create cold compresses to place directly against your intimate areas. Pure Bliss R can be used as often as required to soothe and calm any feeling of soreness and discomfort relating to stiches, haemorrhoids, tears, cuts, bruising and inflammation.

USE
Pure Bliss can be used in 2 ways: 1. Add 1-2 pipettes of Pure Bliss to a bowl of cold water. Disperse well & submerge a clean sanitary pad into the solution, squeeze the pad gently and place against the perineum for up to 30 minutes. The compress can be refreshed in the cold solution during this time to maintain the cold temperature. We also suggest laying on a towel to prevent getting anything wet! 2. Alternatively add 2-3 pipettes of Pure Bliss into a cold sitz bath/bidet. Avoid contact with eyes. External use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs & seek medical advice if necessary. Do not use on open skin. Keep away from children. Store in a cool dark place – max 20C
