E-SHOP PAYMENT METHODS

a) Payment by Card:
The www. Isisters.gr e-shop accepts all credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform of ALPHA BANK and TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) is used. Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

b) Cash on delivery, upon delivery of products.
Cash on delivery applies to orders up to € 499 – For orders of € 500 and more, one of the other payment methods must be selected.

c) The deposit/direct bank transfer, as a method of payment, applies to all orders regardless of value and is made in the following bank account with the corresponding order number indicated in the description box.

The procedure for paying by direct bank transfer in the company’s bank account is the following:

d) Payment via PAYPAL:
You can pay using PayPal online payment service. By selecting the “PayPal” payment method, at the end of the order it is transferred directly to the PayPal page. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account and confirm the payment.

e) Payment by IRIS:
Pay your order through the IRIS online payment service. (The transaction is not carried out on our website but in a special secure online environment of ALPHA BANK).

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Greece – The expected day of delivery of a shipment is the next business day from the day of shipment. For some remote areas or island destinations the delivery time can be extended by 24 or 48 hours.
Cyprus – For Cyprus the expected day of delivery of a shipment is 2 business days, and 2-4 business days for inaccessible destinations.
Europe – For shipments at the following countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland) the expected day of delivery of a shipment are 5-7 business days.

Shipping charges:

Greece – For orders from € 35 and above, shipping is FREE.
The charge for orders under € 35 and up to 2 kg is:
For shipments within the prefecture: € 2.48
For shipments outside the prefecture: € 3.72
Also, for shipments within the prefecture there will be an extra charge of € 0.744 for each additional kilo over 2 kg and for shipments outside the prefecture there will be an extra charge of € 0.992 for each additional kilo over 2 kg.
Cash on delivery service is charged additional € 2.48 in all shipments worth up to € 35. For orders exceeding € 35 it is free.
All the above prices include VAT.

Cyprus – For orders from 80€ and above, shipping is FREE.
The charge for orders under 80€ and up to 2 kg is 16,12€ .
Also, for shipments within the prefecture and outside the prefecture there will be an extra charge of € 4,34 for each additional kilo over 2 kg .
Cash on delivery service is charged additional € 4.34 in all shipments worth up to 80€. For orders exceeding € 80 it is free.
All the above prices include VAT.

Europe – For orders at the following countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland) the charge is:
For orders up to 0,5kg: € 30,63
For orders from 0,51kg, up to 1kg: € 40,30
For order from 1,01kg, up to 1,5kg: € 49,10
For order over 1,51kg: € 55,80
Cash on delivery isn’t supported.
