Anua Heartleaf 77% soothing toner is a moisturizing soothing toner with 77% houttuynia cordata extract that balances the skin’s pH, tones, provides moisture and improves irritations and sensitivities. Specially designed to soothe sensitive skin, non-caesogenic and suitable for acne-prone skin, with a slightly acidic formula (5-7) to not disturb the skin’s pH and restore it to normal levels.

It improves acne, balances oiliness, deeply hydrates and leaves the skin soft and glowing. It is suitable for layering thanks to its watery light texture.

Ingredients we singled out:

• The Heartleaf extract (houttuynia cordata, chameleon plant with the characteristic heart-shaped leaves) is known for its anti-inflammatory and soothing effect. Anua only uses ingredients from leaves grown and harvested in Korea. Heartleaf (scientifically known as houttuynia cordata) is a flavonoid and flowering plant native to Southeast Asia. Due to its antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, Heartleaf is traditionally used for medicinal purposes. The raw leaves and extracts of the plant are consumed to purify the blood and relieve inflammatory conditions in the body. Also, the leaf extract has astringent properties that can effectively (but gently) deep clean pores while regulating excess sebum production.
• Panthenol, Provitamin B5 with moisturizing, anti-inflammatory and protective properties. Helps prevent irritation.
• Centella Asiatica Extract: A wound healing plant with anti-inflammatory properties. It stimulates the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, moisturizes the skin and increases the levels of antioxidants in the skin.
