E-Shop Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prior to the return of the product, the service department of DEKAZ S.A. must be contacted.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7 The return must be made within 14 days<\/strong> from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product shall not have to be opened and be in excellent condition. For this reason we recommend sending the product in a suitable packaging – not an envelope). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by mail or e-mail). You can use the withdrawal form contained in each package.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Returns should be made with the use of a courier service company and not by post.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 In case the product is used or its original packaging is altered, the return will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and definitely within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the abovementioned refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 In case the return is not made within the period of 1 4 days from the day of their receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, DEKAZ S.A. has the right not to accept the products back and not to replace them.<\/p>\n

In case of defective product or shipping error, we proceed to replacement or refund corresponding to the value of the products, following the following Return Procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 You pack and send the package with the products using the courier (GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI) we work with and at the recipient’s expense. Inside the shipping package, you must have a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product, as well as the proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 If the return conditions apply, we will proceed with the relevant replacement or credit the corresponding amount in your bank account, Paypal or credit card if the initial payment was made in this way.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 if the package arrives and it is proven that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him\/her.<\/p>\n

In case of replacement at the customer’s request:<\/strong><\/p>\n
