E-SHOP PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) Payment by Card:
\nThe www. Isisters.gr e-shop accepts all credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform of ALPHA BANK and TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) is used. Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.<\/p>\n

b) Cash on delivery, upon delivery of products.
\nCash on delivery applies to orders up to \u20ac 499 – For orders of \u20ac 500 and more, one of the other payment methods must be selected.<\/p>\n

c) The deposit\/direct bank transfer, as a method of payment, applies to all orders regardless of value and is made in the following bank account with the corresponding order number indicated in the description box.<\/p>\n

The procedure for paying by direct bank transfer in the company’s bank account is the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n

When completing your order, select “Direct Bank Transfer<\/strong>” as the payment method. Deposit the amount of money in the following account of the company:

d) Payment via PAYPAL:
\nYou can pay using PayPal online payment service. By selecting the \u201cPayPal\u201d payment method, at the end of the order it is transferred directly to the PayPal page. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account and confirm the payment.<\/p>\n

e) Payment by IRIS:
\nPay your order through the IRIS online payment service. (The transaction is not carried out on our website but in a special secure online environment of ALPHA BANK).<\/p>\n

PRODUCT DELIVERY<\/strong>
\nGreece<\/strong> – The expected day of delivery of a shipment is the next business day from the day of shipment. For some remote areas or island destinations the delivery time can be extended by 24 or 48 hours.
\nCyprus<\/strong> \u2013 For Cyprus the expected day of delivery of a shipment is 2 business days, and 2-4 business days for inaccessible destinations.
\nEurope<\/strong> \u2013 For shipments at the following countries (Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland) the expected day of delivery of a shipment are 5-7 business days.<\/p>\n

Greece<\/strong> – For orders from \u20ac 35 and above, shipping is FREE.
\nThe charge for orders under \u20ac 35 and up to 2 kg is:
\nFor shipments within the prefecture: \u20ac 2.48
\nFor shipments outside the prefecture: \u20ac 3.72
\nAlso, for shipments within the prefecture there will be an extra charge of \u20ac 0.744 for each additional kilo over 2 kg and for shipments outside the prefecture there will be an extra charge of \u20ac 0.992 for each additional kilo over 2 kg.
\nCash on delivery service is charged additional \u20ac 2.48 in all shipments worth up to \u20ac 35. For orders exceeding \u20ac 35 it is free.
\nAll the above prices include VAT.<\/p>\n

Cyprus<\/strong> \u2013 For orders from 80\u20ac and above, shipping is FREE.
\nThe charge for orders under 80\u20ac and up to 2 kg is 16,12\u20ac .
\nAlso, for shipments within the prefecture and outside the prefecture there will be an extra charge of \u20ac 4,34 for each additional kilo over 2 kg .
\nCash on delivery service is charged additional \u20ac 4.34 in all shipments worth up to 80\u20ac. For orders exceeding \u20ac 80 it is free.
