\nDEKAZ S.A. is committed to the completeness and validity of the information provided on its website www.isisters.gr , both regarding the existence of the essential characteristics that are described on a case-by-case basis for each product it sells, as well as the accuracy of the data concerning the services provided by the e-shop of DEKAZ S.A., subject to any technical or typographical errors that have escaped the attention or occurred unintentionally or due to crashes of the website due to force majeure. \nCustomer Identification: The codes used for your identification are two: your e – mail and the Personal Secret Security Code (password), which every time they are entered, provide you with absolute security access to your personal information.
\nYou have the ability to change your Personal Secret Security Code (password) and your e-mail address (e- mail) as often as you wish. You are the only person who has access to your information, using the above codes and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy and concealment by third parties. In case of loss or dissemination you must proceed to our immediate notification, otherwise DEKAZ S.A. e-shop shall not be responsible for the use of a password by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, it is recommended to change your password regularly and avoid using the same, easily detectable passwords (eg date of birth). We also recommend to use letters, numbers as well as symbols for password generation.

In order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your purchases, you are invited upon detection of a product offered at an unusually low or high price compared to its market value, to communicate with the Customer Service Department at 210-8031955 or through the email form of the web site.
\nWe also recommend that before making any purchases from our e-shop you visit the help & terms of use section, where you will find useful information about the process and the way to buy products.
\nAfter registering your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will state the details of your order. After the processing of the order by the online purchases department of DEKAZ S.A. , you shall receive a second confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you. At this point the contract between us is concluded.
\nDuring the processing of your order you will receive an automated e – mail, which will inform you that we have received your order. Then there will be a corresponding e-mail informing you of its invoicing and shipment.
\nIn case of a pending item related to your order, you shall receive a respective e-mail and\/or SMS. Alternatively we will contact you at the phone numbers that you provided when you signed up or placed your order on our site.
\nThere is no way to disable these updates, the transmission of which is a prerequisite for proper development of your order. 16. E-Shop Return Policy<\/strong>
\nPrior to the return of the product, the service department of DEKAZ S.A. must be contacted.
\n\u00b7 The return must be made within 14 days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (e.g. the product shall not have to be opened and be in excellent condition. For this reason we recommend sending the product in a suitable packaging – not an envelope). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g. letter sent by mail or e-mail). You can use the withdrawal form contained in each package.
\n\u00b7 Returns should be made with the use of a courier service company and not by post.
\n\u00b7 In case the product is used or its original packaging is altered, the return will not be accepted.
\n\u00b7 If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and definitely within 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the abovementioned refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund.

In case of defective product or shipping error, we proceed to replacement or refund corresponding to the value of the products, following the following Return Procedure:
\n\u00b7 You pack and send the package with the products using the courier (GENIKI TACHIDROMIKI) we work with and at the recipient’s expense. Inside the shipping package, you must have a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product, as well as the proof of purchase.
\n\u00b7 If the return conditions apply, we will proceed with the relevant replacement or credit the corresponding amount in your bank account, Paypal or credit card if the initial payment was made in this way.
\n\u00b7 if the package arrives and it is proven that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by him\/her.
\nIn case of replacement at the customer’s request:
\n\u00b7 The return must be made within 14 days from the day of receipt and the return conditions must be met (e.g. the product shall not have to be opened and be in excellent condition. For this reason we recommend sending the product in a suitable packaging – not an envelope).

\n\u00b7 The package you will return must be accompanied by a photocopy of the receipt and the code or codes with which you want to replace it.
\n\u00b7 In case of refund, your bank account must be sent to us (in case the initial payment was made by deposit or cash on delivery) or we will credit your credit card if the initial payment was made in this way.
\n\u00b7 After the relevant inspection is carried out by the competent department and the conditions for return are met, we proceed to its replacement or refund.

\na) Payment by Card:
\nThe www. Isisters.gr e-shop accepts all credit, debit and prepaid cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform of ALPHA BANK and TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL) is used.
